Lead Resource for JavaScript Department

Creasoft is looking for a curious Lead Resource for JavaScript Department. The position will include building great products, tackling interesting challenges, and contributing to our engineering culture. We expect you to work in pairs, use test-driven development, be experienced in building complex web applications, and write clean and maintainable code.

JavaScript Expertise:
  • Core JavaScript: Advanced understanding of ES6+ features, asynchronous programming, closures, and prototypal inheritance.
  • TypeScript: Strong knowledge of TypeScript for scalable and maintainable code.
  • Frontend Development:
  • React: In-depth experience with React, including hooks, context API, and state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Zustand.
  • Next.js: Familiarity with server-side rendering and static site generation.
  • HTML/CSS: Proficiency in modern HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
  • UI Frameworks: Experience with Material-UI, Ant Design, or similar UI component libraries.
  • Backend Development:
  • Node.js: Advanced knowledge of Node.js, including Express.js or similar frameworks.
  • Database Management: Experience with MongoDB, SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), and ORM libraries like Mongoose, Sequelize.
  • Authentication & Authorization: Implementing OAuth, JWT, and other authentication mechanisms.
  • API Development: Building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.
  • Blockchain Development:
  • Smart Contracts: Writing, deploying, and managing smart contracts using Solidity.
  • Blockchain Frameworks: Familiarity with Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or similar blockchain platforms.
  • Web3.js/Ethers.js: Experience with Web3.js or Ethers.js for blockchain interaction.
  • Decentralized Applications (dApps): Building and deploying dApps, understanding of decentralized storage solutions (e.g., IPFS).
  • DevOps and CI/CD:
  • Version Control: Proficiency with Git and GitHub/GitLab workflows.
  • CI/CD: Setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or GitHub Actions.
  • Containerization: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  • Cloud Services: Deployment and management on cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Project Management and Leadership:
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile practices, including Scrum or Kanban.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading development teams, mentoring junior developers, and code reviews.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving:Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Unit Testing: Proficiency in unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.
  • Integration Testing: Experience with integration testing tools like Cypress or Selenium.
  • Performance Testing: Understanding of performance testing and optimization techniques.
  • Additional Skills:
  • API Documentation: Writing clear and comprehensive API documentation.
  • Security Best Practices: Understanding of security principles and best practices for both frontend and backend.
  • Code Quality Tools: Familiarity with code quality and linting tools like ESLint, Prettier.
