Our client, Songserm, a prominent player in the Gulf of Thailand's transportation sector, approached Creasoft with a significant challenge. Songserm aimed to enhance its ferry services and expand its reach beyond the Gulf of Thailand. The business challenge was to seamlessly connect travelers to the enchanting islands of Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, and Koh Tao, while also preparing for future expansion to the Andaman Sea destinations.
Creasoft embarked on a comprehensive project to elevate Songserm's transportation services. The project involved designing an innovative ferry experience, developing a user-friendly booking platform, and incorporating new features like speedboats for faster travel. The goal was not only to improve the current services but also to pave the way for future growth and exploration of additional island destinations.
Three spacious decks and a sun-bathed roof deck provide passengers with fourfold views of the Gulf of Thailand's splendor. Air-conditioned cabins with comfortable seating ensure a pleasant journey for all travelers. A well-stocked snack bar caters to mid-journey cravings with refreshing beverages and snacks.
Creasoft developed a modern and user-friendly booking website, reflecting the evolving digital landscape. The platform allows travelers to secure their spots within minutes and provides mobile tickets for convenient boarding.
Creasoft is set to launch the 'Songserm Express,' a fleet of speedboats designed to transport passengers even faster to dream destinations. The initial route will connect Koh Samui near the airport to Donsak Suratthani on the mainland, with plans to expand speedboat routes further.
Through the sister company 'Andaman Wave Master,' Songserm, in collaboration with Creasoft, is broadening horizons to reach the gem-like islands of the Andaman Sea, including Krabi, Phuket, and Koh Phi Phi.
